- 6 bread slices
- 1 tbsp Butter
- pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Milk, for serving

1. Use a rolling pin to roll the bread into flattened squares.
2. Remove the crust from the bread and save for another recipe.
3. Stack the bread slices on top of each other and cut into cubes.
4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
5. Transfer the cubed bread on top of the butter and season with salt.
6. Cook until the bread becomes golden brown, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
7. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the bread in the pan.
8. Continue to cook the bread until it becomes light brown and crispy, about 5 more minutes.
9. Allow the bread to cool completely, which will help it become more crisp.
10. Serve with milk of choice.
