Banana Bread
- 1 c mashed bananas
- 0.5 c Coconut oil, melted, or butter
- 0.5 c Almond milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.75 c gluten free 1 to 1 flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 c Bananas, thinly sliced

1. First, preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line an 8 inch by 5 inch loaf pan with parchment pan.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. In a mixing bowl, add mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, almond milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir to combine.
2. Then, add in flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
3. Gently fold in thinly sliced bananas.
4. Add batter to the lined bread pan.
1. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
1. Finally, remove from oven.
2. Allow bread to cool for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
