- 2 Tbs Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Black sesame seeds, toasted
- 0.5 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1 tuna steak
- 3 stem chambray onion
- 1 cup whole grain sushi rice
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 4 Tbs nori seaweed
- Pickled ginger

1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, 1 tsp of sesame seeds and chili flakes; mix well to incorporate.
2. Add the diced tuna and onion stems; let it rest and marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Divide the rice in 2 small bowls and top with marinated tuna, avocado, nori and ginger.
4. Share and enjoy.
