- 2 cup plain Greek yogurt, (I used 0%)
- 0.5 cup grape seed oil
- 1 bunch Scallions
- 0.25 cup Basil, chopped
- 0.25 cup Pine nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 Shallot, diced
- 2 clove Garlic, divided
- 1 Tbs Sesame seeds
- 1 Lemon, zested
- Salt
- Pepper

1. Add chopped scallion, shallots, basil, pine nuts, garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds, salt & pepper to a medium size bowl.
2. Heat grape seed oil in saucepan or skillet, once the oil is shimmering - add to bowl.
3. Let everything sizzle and once done, mix together with a spoon and set aside.
4. Add greek yogurt to plate or bowl and smooth out with back of soon.
5. Add lemon zest, grated garlic and black pepper to yogurt.
6. Mix together and smooth out.
7. Spoon scallion mixture & oil all over the yogurt.
8. Top with extra pine nuts and serve with tortilla chips.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
