- 1 cup Grana padano cheese, freshly grated
- 8 slice Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch Baby arugula, washed
- 1 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs Honey, (or more to taste)
- Salt, (to taste)
- Pepper, (to taste)

Preheat the oven to 375F Degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Take 2 tbsp of the freshly grated Grana Padano cheese and scoop 2 tbsp onto the baking sheet to form a round crisp. Make sure to use the back of the spoon to flatten out the cheese. Repeat until all of the cheese has been used.
3. Pour 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil on top of the cheese crisps and grate black pepper and salt onto each cheese crisp.
4. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
5. Let the crisps cool for 5-7 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet and top each crisp with 1-2 slices of Prosciutto, arugula and honey.
6. Serve and enjoy!
