- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- Sweet potato noodles
- Fried peanuts
- Pickled mustard greens
- Cilantro
- Scallions

Cook the Noodles
1. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions.
2. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Toppings
1. Chop cilantro and scallions.
2. Crush the fried peanuts.
Assemble the Dish
