- Sesame seeds
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Lime juice
- chili oil
- wasabi
- Soy sauce, optional

- cucumbers

Directions

1. Make rub first with sesame seeds, salt & pepper.
2. Pat fish dry, then drizzle olive oil.
3. Coat the fish with dry rub.
4. In a hot pan add olive oil & sear the fish for about 30 seconds on each side (depending on how thick the cut is).
5. Once it’s done cooking, use a sharp knife to slice the fish.
6. Assemble your fish to your liking & enjoy!
