- 8 oz bucatini
- 9 oz mixed mushrooms
- 2 clove Garlic, finely diced
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested (organic if possible)
- 0.5 bunch Parsley, chopped
- 0.333 c White wine, or broth
- 0.333 c pasta cooking water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste, plus more for pasta water
- 0.25 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes, or to taste

Preparing the Pasta
1. Start by cooking the pasta in salted water until it is al dente.
Sautéing the Mushrooms and Garlic
1. While the pasta is cooking, sauté the mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until they are nicely seared.
Adding the Wine / Stock
1. Then, add the white wine or veggie stock and cook it down for another minute.
Combining and Serving
1. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the mushroom mixture along with some of the pasta cooking water, parsley, chili, and cracked pepper.
2. Toss everything together well.
