- 10 Almonds, chopped
- 10 Pistachios, chopped
- 6 large madjool dates
- 1 liter whole milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp cardamom seed powder

Preparation of Dry Fruits
1. Chop all your dry fruits.
2. Fry them in ghee for about 5 minutes with constant mixing.
3. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.
Roasting the Vermicelli
1. In the same pan, add the broken sawayan (vermicelli).
2. Roast them until they become golden brown.
Final Steps
1. Now put the fried dried ingredients back in the pan along with milk and sugar.
2. Bring it to boil and when it's slightly thickened, take it off the heat.
3. You can serve it warm or cold.
