Ingredients

Fish Sticks
- 1.5 pounds salmon fillets
- 1 Egg
- 1 c panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp Paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Dipping Sauce
- 0.25 c Greek yogurt, 0%
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 0.5 Lime, juiced
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 0.5 tsp Chile powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

Preparing the Salmon Sticks
1. Cut the salmon into 12 sticks.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl.
4. In a second shallow bowl, combine the panko, dill and paprika.
5. Dredge each piece of fish first in the egg, then in the panko mixture, shaking off any excess.
Using the Air Fryer
1. Preheat an air fryer to 400°F.
2. Add the breaded fish sticks to the air fryer in a single layer without crowding the basket.
3. Cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
Preparing the Dipping Sauce
1. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, dill, chili powder and salt in a small bowl to make the dipping sauce.
2. Serve with the salmon fish sticks when they finish cooking.
