- 0.333 c roasted red peppers in olive oil & garlic
- 0.5 c Cream
- 0.5 c parm
- salt and pepper, to taste

1. Add butter to pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add shallot and let simmer until soft & translucent.
3. Add blended roasted red pepper & let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add cream & whisk into sauce until fully incorporated.
5. Mix parmesan into sauce and add salt & pepper to taste.
6. Add your favorite pasta & enjoy!
