- 1 Yellow onion, small, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 15 oz Northern Beans
- 2 4oz Diced Green Chiles
- 2 15oz Sweet Corn Kernels
- 24 oz Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 6 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 0.25 cup Half and Half Milk
Optional Toppings
- tortilla chips
- Lime wedges
- Avocado, sliced
- Sour cream
- Jalapeños

Initial Cooking Process
1. Add all ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese and milk into a crockpot/slow cooker.
2. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or LOW for 7-8 hours.
Adding Cream Cheese and Milk
1. Once cooked, remove 1/2 cup of the hot soup to add into a bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese, as well as the half and half.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour back into the crockpot.
5. Cook on HIGH for 15 more minutes.
Serving Instructions
1. Serve warm with your favorite chili toppings.
2. Enjoy!
