- 500 g minced beef
- 3 pcs hamburger patties
- 3 pcs Red onion, sliced
- 6 pcs slices of cheese
- 40 g Butter
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 3 pcs Avocado, cut in half
- 3 pcs Tomato
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tsp Sriracha sauce

Preheat the Pan
1. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil into a pan and heat it over medium heat.
For the hamburger patty
1. On a few tbsp of olive oil, cook the hamburger patties.
Fry the Red Onion
1. Add sliced red onion to the pan and fry until it becomes translucent and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
Prepare the Eggs
1. In a hamburger ring or a small skillet, fry the eggs to your liking. Set aside.
Grill the Buns
1. While the eggs are cooking, grill the hamburger buns until they are lightly toasted.
Sriracha Sauce on Buns
1. Spread about 1 tsp of Sriracha sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
Assemble the Burger
1. Start by placing the fried red onions on the Sriracha-spread bun.
2. Add sliced avocado on top of the onions.
3. Place the hamburger patties with melted cheese on the avocado.
4. Add a few slices of tomato on the patties.
Top with Fried Eggs
1. Carefully place the fried eggs on top of the tomato slices.
Final Touch
1. Drizzle some additional Sriracha sauce on the eggs.
2. Cover with the top half of the bun.
1. Serve the ultimate breakfast burger immediately, and enjoy this delicious combination of flavors!
