Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork tenderloin
- 0.5 c Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp Maine Blueberry Pork Rub
Homemade Rub
- 1 Tbsp dried blueberries
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
Pork Sauce
- 0.25 c Soy Sauce
- 0.25 c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.5 c Honey

Directions

Prepare your outdoor grill
1. Set heat to 350 F.
Prepare the tenderloin
1. Pat your tenderloin dry with paper towel.
2. Using a pastry brush, brush dijon mustard on all sides of the tenderloin.
3. Season with Salt and Pork Rub.
Cook the tenderloin
1. Add your tenderloin to a prepared grill over medium/ indirect heat.
2. Cook for 15 minutes and check temperature.
3. Once the internal temperature has reached at least 145 F- 160 F, remove from the heat.
4. Let your tenderloin cool for at least 12 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the sauce
1. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
Serve
1. Drizzle your pork sauce over sliced Tenderloin and enjoy!
