- 1 kg Kalguksu noodles
- 2 lb Beef cubes
- 1 tbsp Ginger, crushed
- 1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 c Potato, chopped
- 1 c daikon
- 1 c Zucchini, chopped
- 1.5 c White onion, chopped
- 1 c cabbage
- 0.25 c black bean paste
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 c broth

1. Make cubes of beef and add ginger, garlic, and oil.
2. Set it aside.
3. Then cut the potato, daikon, zucchini, cabbage, white onion into cubes.
Cooking the Beef and Vegetables
1. In 2 tbsp of oil, fry the beef until lightly browned.
2. Then add potatoes and daikon and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Later add onion.
4. Lastly, throw in the zucchini and cabbage.
5. After stir frying for 2 minutes, add hoisin sauce, sugar, and broth mix.
6. Now cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium low flame.
Preparing the Noodles
1. Once ready to serve, boil the noodles for a couple of minutes on high flame.
2. Immediately wash it with cold water and add it to the desired amount of Jjajang.
1. Serve immediately.
2. Garnish it with julienne cucumber.
