- 350 g salmon
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Warm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced

Preparing the Salmon
1. Cut salmon into 2-3 strips.
2. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Set aside.
Making the Sauce
1. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, honey, and warm water.
2. Stir until well combined.
Cooking the Salmon
1. Preheat a pan to medium-high heat.
2. Add in olive oil and fry the salmon for around 1 minute.
3. Flip the salmon over and cook for another minute.
Finalizing the Dish
1. Add the minced garlic and sauce into the pan.
2. Cook for a couple of minutes until the salmon is cooked and the sauce is reduced and sticky.
