- Rice paper
- 1 box tofu, firm
- 6 perilla leaves
- 4 clove Garlic
- Scallions
- 0.25 cabbage
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, to taste
- Sesame oil, a drizzle
- Pepper
- msg
- Soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Sugar
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Scallions
- 1 tsp Fly By Jing Zhong Sauce

Prepare the Ingredients
1. Mince garlic.
2. Cut the stems off the perilla leaves, roll, and cut into small pieces.
3. Cut off the ends of enoki mushrooms.
4. Cut scallions.
5. Cut 1/4 of a whole cabbage and thinly slice.
6. Press the tofu and break it up.
Prepare the Filling
1. Add it all to a pan on medium heat to draw out all the moisture.
2. Season with soy sauce to taste, sesame oil, pepper, and MSG.
Start Folding
1. Soak rice paper, add filling, fold one end, fold the sides inwards, and fold all the way to the end.
2. Repeat with another soaked rice paper to seal it. (This ensures that the filling doesn’t come out while frying)
Pan Fry
1. Pan fry on both sides until crispy and slightly brown.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
1. Combine, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, scallions, and Zhong Sauce.
2. Enjoy!
