- 2 Russet potatoes
- Leftover Chili
- 0.5 Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Green onions, fro garnish
- Sour cream, Or ranch for drizzle on top

Directions

Preparing the Potatoes
1. Start with washing your potatoes.
2. Stab potatoes with a fork.
3. Put into a microwave safe bowl (I used my Pyrex bowls!) then drizzle with olive oil and add salt.
4. Microwave for 12-15 minutes.
Preparing the Baked Potato
1. Slice the middle of the potato and push on two ends of the potato to open it.
2. Soften up the flesh with a fork.
3. Add in butter & salt (and whatever other seasonings you would like).
Adding the Toppings
1. Add in your chili then your cheddar cheese.
2. Put in the oven at 400F for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
3. Once done, add on green onions and a drizzle of ranch or sour cream.
4. Enjoy.
