Cranberry Sauce
- 12 oz cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1.5 c date paste
- 1 c water
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Orange zest

Directions

Preparation of Cranberry Sauce
1. Add cranberries, orange zest, cinnamon stick, date paste, and water to a pot.
2. Bring to a simmer.
3. Cook for 10 minutes or until cranberries start to pop.
4. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
5. Use an immersion blender to rough blend.
6. Mix and allow to fully cool.
Storage and Serving
1. This sauce can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
