- 1 c Heavy cream, or half and half
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup, or to taste
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 c cold brew coffee
- Ice

1. Place the cream or half and half, maple syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
2. Use a frother or electric whisk to combine until thick and foamy.
3. Or, add the ingredients to a mason jar, secure the lid and shake the mixture well for 1 minute until thick and foamy.
4. Fill a tall glass (about 12-16 ounces) with ice cubes, pour the cold brew mixture into the cup, leaving space for the pumpkin cream.
5. Add some of the pumpkin cream mixture on top.
6. Use a tall stirrer or straw to stir.
