Salted Honey Sesame Butter
- 2 tbsp Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chives, fresh
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- Salt, to taste
Kimchi Grilled Cheese
- 0.5 c kimchi
- 0.5 c Sharp cheddar, grated
- 4 havarti cheese
- 4 Sourdough bread, slices

To Make the Salted Honey Sesame Butter:
1. Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Set aside.
To Make the Kimchi Grilled Cheese:
1. Squeeze as much moisture and excess liquids out of the kimchi as possible.
2. Layer the sourdough slices with sliced havarti, the kimchi (to taste), and shredded cheddar.
3. Slather the outside pieces of the sourdough with the homemade butter.
4. Cook on medium heat in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy. Enjoy warm!
