- 0.25 c Rice vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1.5 c Hot water

Preparation of Peppers and Garlic
1. Wash and dry the peppers before slicing them.
2. Peel and thinly slice the garlic.
3. Transfer to a clean container.
Preparation of Vinegar Mixture
1. Combine the sugar, rice vinegar, salt, and hot water in a bowl. Mix well.
Pickling Process
1. Pour the vinegar mixture over the peppers and garlic.
2. Allow the container time to cool to room temperature before sealing it with a lid.
3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. This tastes best after allowing the peppers and garlic 24 hours to be pickled.
