Crab Mixture
- 1 c imitation crab
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 0.25 c Kewpie mayo
- 1 tsp sushi vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 c Mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 c Cheddar cheese, more to add to the top later
- Scallions
- sweet chili sauce

- Wonton wrappers
- flakey salt
- Avocado oil spray

Preparation of Wonton Chips
1. Cut square wonton wrappers in half to create triangles.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay as many wonton wrappers on the parchment paper.
3. Spray with oil and flip. Make sure to evenly coat the other side with oil.
4. Season with salt.
5. Bake wonton chips at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Be sure to keep an eye so it doesn’t burn.
Preparation of Imitation Crab Mix
1. Pour imitation crab in a baking dish and start chopping them into small pieces.
2. Move imitation crab pieces to one side.
3. Mix together mayo, sushi vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, scallions, and both cheeses.
4. Taste and season how you like it.
5. Incorporate the imitation crab into the mix and spread evenly in the dish.
6. Top with more cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
Final Steps
1. Let it cool for a few minutes.
2. Spread sweet chili sauce on top and garnish with more scallions.
3. Enjoy!
