- 2 cup Milk
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 1 strip Orange zest
- 1 strip Lemon zest
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 loaf Bread, day-old and cut in thick skewed slices
- 0.25 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs grond cinnamon

1. In a pot, heat the milk, sugar, citrus, cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil and remove from the fire. Rest for 10 minutes and strain.
2. Preheat your oven to 220ºC/428ºF.
3. Once the milk is room temperature, soak all your bread slices first in the milk, then the egg. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the bread carefully so they don’t break. Bake for 5 minutes, turn and keep baking until they are golden brown on each side. Remove from the oven and coat in sugar mixed with cinnamon. Share and enjoy.
