Ingredients

Toasted Olive Baguette
- 1 pcs olive baguette
Homemade Green Pesto
- 2 c Basil leaves, fresh
- 0.333 c cashew nuts
- 0.5 c Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pcs Garlic cloves, fresh
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese
For the Sandwich
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese
- 3 slice tomato slices
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar cream
- 100 g Black Forest ham
- 20 g fresh arugula

Directions

Homemade Green Pesto
1. In a food processor, combine fresh basil leaves, cashew nuts, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic cloves, and Parmesan cheese.
2. Blend until a smooth and well-combined pesto is formed.
Assembling the Toasted Olive Baguette
1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
2. Spread a generous amount of homemade green pesto on the toasted olive baguette.
3. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
Air Frying
1. Place the prepared baguette in the air fryer.
2. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Adding Layers
1. Once out of the air fryer, arrange thick slices of tomato on top of the melted cheese.
2. Sprinkle salt to taste over the tomatoes.
3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar cream over the tomato slices.
Final Touch
1. Layer Black Forest ham over the tomatoes.
2. Top with fresh arugula.
Serving
1. Slice the toasted olive baguette into individual portions.
