- 1 crown of broccoli
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, just enough olive oil to make the seasonings a paste
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, shredded

Steaming the Broccoli
1. Steam your broccoli until semi soft.
2. Add to a baking sheet and smash with a cup until flat.
Preparing the Seasoning
1. Add your seasoning to a bowl and add in olive oil. Add just the amount of olive oil to make a paste from the seasonings. It could be more or less from what is displayed in ingredients list.
2. Brush the seasoning onto the broccoli.
3. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Baking the Broccoli
1. Bake at 400F for 25-30 min.
2. Enjoy on the side of any meal.
