- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 0.75 c creamy all natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
- sea salt, optional

Melting the Chocolate
1. First, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
2. Stir until completely creamy.
Preparing the Muffin Pan
1. Place 12 muffin liners in a muffin pan.
2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner.
3. Place pan in freezer for 15 minutes.
Preparing the Peanut Butter Mixture
1. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup.
Assembling the Peanut Butter Cups
1. After 15 minutes, remove muffin pan from freezer.
2. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of peanut butter mixture and add to muffin liners.
3. Then, top each peanut butter dollop with more melted chocolate, enough to cover the peanut butter.
4. Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired.
5. Place pan back in freezer for 15 minutes.
Final Steps
1. Finally, remove from freezer.
2. Remove peanut butter cups from muffin liners.
