- 1 c gluten free flour
- 1 c nonfat yogurt
- 1.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
- pinch Salt, optional
- 6 tbsp raspberry jam
- raspberry jam, optional
- Peanut butter, optional

Directions

Prepare the Dough
1. In a small bowl combine the flour, yogurt, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon until a dough forms.
2. Roll out into a rectangle onto a floured surface.
3. Cut in half.
4. Spread the jam among both halves.
5. Roll one half up and then place it on top of the other half and roll it up once again.
Prepare for Baking
1. Place in a small baking dish & bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Final Touches
1. Top with peanut butter and jam.
