Green Beans
- 1 lb Green beans, cleaned
- 0.5 Onion, sliced
- 8 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.5 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
- 0.25 c White vinegar
- 0.25 c Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Neutral oil

1. Cut and prep the green beans, onions, and garlic and set to the side.
Stir Fry
1. Heat a pan with the oil in it on high heat.
2. Let the oil heat up, then add the onions and green beans.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir fry for about 4-5 minutes.
5. You want to be sure the green beans are still crispy.
6. Take the green beans and onions out of the pan.
Slurry Preparation
1. Next, make a slurry with the water and cornstarch, and set aside.
Sauce Preparation and Final Steps
1. In the same pan, sauté the garlic.
2. Once the garlic gets some color, add the vinegar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
3. Once it comes to a boil, shut off the heat and add the slurry.
4. Turn the heat back on and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Put the green beans and onions back in the pan, and coat with the sauce.
6. Serve warm and enjoy.
