Beef Brisket
- 2.5 lbs beef brisket
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 oz liquid smoke
- 2 oz Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c Barbecue Sauce

Directions

1. Line a glass dish with tin foil. Add brisket.
2. Rib brisket with celery salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce too.
3. Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours completely sealed with tin foil to keep all the juices in.
4. Next take out the brisket, lather with 1 cup of bbq sauce and put back in the oven uncovered for 40 minutes.
5. Slice against the grain and enjoy!
