- 1.5 lb lean ground beef
- 0.667 c Panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 c Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 Egg, beaten
Sauce for Meatloaf
- 0.5 c light brown sugar
- 0.5 c Ketchup
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg.
3. Optional to grease your muffin pans, divide your meat mixture into 12 muffin cups, pressing them down to fill the cups.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. While that is cooking, mix together your ingredients for the sauce.
Final Steps
1. Once the 15 minutes are done, remove your muffin tin and use a paper towel to soak up any grease on the meatloaf.
2. Spoon sauce over each mini meatloaf.
3. Cook in the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
4. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables! Enjoy.
