- 2 lbs Raw Shrimp
- 2 12 count packages Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 0.667 cup Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- Vegetable or canola oil
- 2 tbsp Hot sauce
- Very Noicee All purpose seasoning
- 0.5 cup Red cabbage
- 1 Tomato, sliced then cut in half
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Bang Bang Shrimp Sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- 0.5 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Preparing the Shrimp
1. Add your shrimp to a bowl and season with the All-purpose seasoning.
2. Add one egg and the hot sauce, then mix this together.
3. In a separate bowl, add the cornstarch and a little more seasoning, stir, then dredge the shrimp in the cornstarch and set to the side.
4. Add vegetable or canola oil to a pot and heat until 375.
Preparing the Sauce and Cabbage
1. While the oil heats up, mix together the ingredients for the sauce and set to the side.
2. Chop up the cabbage into thin strips, add to a bowl and toss it in about 3 spoonfuls of the bang bang sauce.
Preparing the Sliders
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Once the oil is hot, fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Toss the shrimp in the bang bang sauce.
4. Grab the King's Hawaiian Sweet rolls and slice off the top, then place the tomato slices down, then the red cabbage slaw, and then the shrimp.
5. Replace the top of the bun, brush it with the melted butter, and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Slice the sliders and enjoy.
