- 2 shortcrust doughs
- 200 ml marinara sauce
- 150 g Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Parmesan, grated, to sprinkle on top
- bell pepper

Directions

Preparation
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
2. Lay the shortcrust doughs on top of each other and roll them up into a sausage.
3. Cut it into 12 equal parts, then press each roll of dough inside the muffin's mold.
4. To avoid sticking to the pan, use paper tins or oil.
Adding Ingredients
1. Add a bottom layer of mozzarella cheese (about 1 tsp), then a tbsp of marinara sauce, any additional toppings you like and sprinkle over some parmesan.
Baking
1. Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees.
