Ingredients

Pasta Salad
- 16 oz Pasta, cooked
- 2 Chicken breast, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 mini cucumbers
- 0.5 Red onion, diced
- 0.5 c kalamata olives, you can do less or more depending on how much you like olives
- 4 oz Feta cheese
- 0.75 c greek dressing
For the chicken
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp Butter, for cooking

Directions

For the chicken seasoning.
1. In a medium bowl, add diced chicken breast followed by olive oil and dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
2. Next squeeze in lemon juice, Mix.
For cooking chicken
1. Add butter to a medium pan on medium high heat. Once melted, add in chicken and cook until inside reaches 165F.
2. Remove from pan and set aside.
For assembly of pasta salad
1. To a large bowl, add in cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and chicken. Mix to combine.
2. Then add in feta cheese and dressing. Toss until everything is coated in the dressing.
3. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until cooled and flavors have marinated together.
4. Enjoy!
