Main Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
Mayak Egg Marinade
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 0.5 c water
- 0.25 c rice syrup
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 stalk Green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

For the eggs
1. Bring a small pot to a boil and cook the eggs for around 7 minutes for runny yolk, around 10 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
2. When done, transfer the eggs to an ice water bath and let it cool completely.
For the sauce
1. Combine the rest of the ingredients in an air tight container and stir until well mixed.
For the marinated eggs
1. Peel the eggs carefully and add into an air tight container with the eggs.
2. Refrigerate overnight before serving. It will last around 4-5 days in the fridge.
For serving
1. Enjoy with white rice and a bit of drizzled sesame oil.
