- 0.25 c Coconut cream
- 1 tsp parsley paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 0.25 c Chicken Broth, add more as needed
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preparing the Yuca
1. Boil the frozen yuca according to the package. Approx. 25 minutes or until soft enough to stick a fork in them.
2. Drain and add into a bowl.
3. Remove the roots or stems from the middle of the yuca.
Adding Ingredients and Mashing
1. Add the butter or ghee, coconut cream, parsley, garlic, broth, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Mash together until you reach a smooth consistency.
