- 1.5 c Coconut milk, or 1 can with no additives
- 6 tbsp Chia seeds
- 0.333 c date paste
- fresh mango
- Shredded coconut, optional, toasted

Directions

Preparation of the mixture
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the mango.
2. Mix thoroughly and pour equally into 2 or 3 cups or small bowls.
3. Drop half of your mango in the cups.
Refrigeration
1. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour or until it sets.
Topping
1. Top with the rest of the mango and toasted coconut (if using).
