Parmesan Italian Bread
- 1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 0.333 c shredded parmesan cheese
- 1.5 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.5 c Bread flour, Have extra flour on hand just in case your dough is too wet and for dusting your surface
- 2 c Bread flour, It is ok to substitute all purpose flour.
- 0.25 c Olive oil
- 2 tsp Instant yeast, or active dry yeast
- 1 c Warm water, under 115°F
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Sandwich Ingredients
- 4 Slices Turkey breast
- 4 Slices Salami
- 2 Slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 Slice Swiss cheese
- 2 Pieces Romaine lettuce, Pull two large leaves. Be sure to wash them
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

The Bread
1. Mix your water, sugar and yeast together and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes mix in your olive oil.
3. Pour your flour into the mixture then add the salt to the top of the flour. Mix until a dough forms. *do not pour your salt directly into the liquid, pour it on top of the flour*
4. Four your work surface and knead your dough for 8 minutes. If you are using a stand mixer, knead in the mixer for 4 minutes.
5. Place your dough into an oiled bowl cover with a damp towel and let it rest until it doubles in size. This usually takes about an hour.
6. Separate the dough into 4 equal pieces. This will make 4 small rolls. If you want large rolls, separate the dough into 2 equal pieces.
7. Roll the dough pieces into the shape of a log. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes
8. In a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread out the parmesan cheese and italian seasoning
9. Dip both sides of the bread in the cheese and seasoning mixture being sure to heavily coat the top of the bread.
10. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 26-28 minutes. *Oven temps vary, please keep an eye on your bread*

1. Stack all of your ingredients together on a chopping board and chop them until everything is incorporated.
