- 1 Apple
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 6 tbsp Honey, plus more to taste
- 6 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 small egg
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the apple into wedges, then make thin slices from the wedges.
3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 squares.
4. Add about one tablespoon of honey to one corner of the prepared baking sheet and repeat with five more spots. Add the cinnamon on top of each spot of honey. Lay about 6-8 apple slices on top of the honey and cinnamon. Lay the cut puff pastry on top of the apples. Brush the egg wash on top of each puff pastry.
5. Bake in the oven until golden brown and puffed, 12-14 minutes. Flip around and dust with powdered sugar.
