- 4 c Chicken Broth
- 1.5 c half and half
- 2 tbsp Chicken bouillon
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 0.333 c Flour
- 5 bacon slices
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 White onion, diced
- 3 clove Garlic, crushed
- 0.5 bag frozen corn
- 0.5 bag Frozen peas
- Salt, pepper garlic seasoning
- Cali Love
- Garlic of Eden
- 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
Toppings
- shredded cheese, for topping
- Sour cream, for topping
- Bacon bits

Directions

Preparing the Bacon and Onions
1. In a Dutch oven, cook your diced bacon on medium high heat until crispy and the fat has rendered off.
2. Leave the drippings from the bacon in the pan and add butter.
3. Once the butter is melted, add in your diced onions.
4. Cook those until they are soft.
Adding Garlic and Seasonings
1. Add in crushed garlic and seasonings.
2. Cook until garlic is fragrant, then add in your flour.
3. Whisk your flour and let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes so that the flour taste cooks off.
Adding Broth, Cream, and Potatoes
1. Add in chicken broth, chicken bouillon, half and half, and potatoes.
2. Cook until your potatoes are fork tender and your soup has reduced by ¼.
Final Steps
1. Add in corn, peas, and sour cream and any other seasonings that you like.
2. Once your soup is thick and creamy and the potatoes are cooked through, serve it up!
3. Top it off with all your favorite baked potato toppings and enjoy!
