Mini Meatballs
- 250 g Ground beef, 50%
- 250 g Ground pork, 50%
- 1 Egg
- 10 g Parsley, fresh, finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 15 g Breadcrumbs
- Garlic, fresh, minced
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Mini Mozzarella Balls
- 2 c mozzarella balls
Bechamel Sauce
- 2 c bechamel sauce
Traditional Bolognese Sauce
- 2 c bolognese sauce
- 100 g Mozzarella, for topping
- 15 g Basil, for topping
- 250 g Canelloni Pasta

Prepare the Cannelloni
1. Carefully fill each cannelloni tube with cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls.
Prepare Mini Meatballs
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh basil, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, minced fresh garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
2. Form mini meatballs and air fry at 200°C / 390°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare Bechamel Sauce
1. Follow your favorite bechamel sauce recipe or use store-bought bechamel sauce.
Prepare Bolognese Sauce
1. Prepare your traditional Bolognese sauce. You can use your favorite recipe or a store-bought option.
Assemble the Cannelloni
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 380°F.
2. In a baking dish, spread a layer of Bolognese sauce.
3. Stuff each cannelloni with mini meatballs and place them in the baking dish.
4. Add mini mozzarella balls between the cannelloni.
Top with Bechamel and Mozzarella
1. Pour bechamel sauce over the stuffed cannelloni.
2. Sprinkle mozzarella on top for a cheesy finish.
1. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C / 380°F for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
1. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
2. Garnish with fresh basil.
