- 0.333 c sake
- 0.333 c Mirin
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 0.25 c Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- Scallions, chopped
- Sweet onion, sliced thin
Everything Else
- Cucumber, sliced thin
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds
- pickled ginger
- 1 c edamame
- 2 fried eggs
- Green onion, for garnish
- Almonds, chopped
- 1 c sushi rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Sriracha

1. Make your marinade by first simmering the sake until the alcohol is cooked out. Add in the mirin, soy sauce, and sugar and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add some ice cubes or refrigerate until cool
2. add in the scallions, sweet onion, sesame oil, tuna, and chili crisp. Let marinate for no more than 30 minutes
3. Mix together sriracha and kewpie to your desired spice level
4. Build your bowl however you like but make it pretty! Enjoy!
