- 4 oz vegan ground beef
- 1 tsp gochugaru
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Ground black pepper
- 3 clove Fresh garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbs Sesame oil
- 0.25 Yellow onion, diced
- 0.25 cup vegan kimchi
- 0.25 cup sauerkraut
- 1 Scallion, roughly chopped
- 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp furikake
- 100 g White rice, cooked

1. Combine vegan ground beef, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic, 1 tsp of the sesame oil. Mix everything well.
2. Heat up the remaining sesame oil in a nonstick pan. Add the onions and saute for a couple minutes before adding the vegan beef mixture. Cook for about 6-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
3. Serve the vegan beef with a bowl of white rice. Top with kimchi, sauerkraut, scallion, cucumber and furikake. Enjoy!
