- 1 c Almond flour
- 3 tbsp whole psyllium husks
- 0.5 c water, room temperature- lukewarm
- optional Salt, more or less TO YOUR TASTE
- optional Garlic powder
- optional Italian seasoning
- optional Oregano
- optional seasoning

Making the Dough
1. In a bowl combine almond flour, psyllium husks, salt, and water (and seasonings if using). Mix until combined.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Bring the dough together into a ball.
4. Break into 2-4 equal portions.
5. Roll between two layers of parchment paper.
Cooking Your Flatbread
1. Heat a stick-free pan on medium heat.
2. Carefully add rolled flatbread to the pan (as seen in the video).
3. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes or until edges are slightly dry.
4. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Let cool on a rack.
