- 2 pork belly strips
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 udon servings
- 2 Eggs
- Scallions
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil

1. Cut 1 cup of kimchi into small pieces, while reserving some kimchi juice.
2. Air fry (at 400 degrees) or fry your pork belly until golden, cut into small pieces.
3. Let your udon noodles soak in hot water for 1-2 minutes.
4. Mix your sauce: sugar, gochujang, soy sauce, and fish sauce.
5. Add oil to a pan and fry your kimchi.
6. Add in pork belly, noodles, sauce, kimchi juice, and mix.
7. Top noodles with a fried egg, scallions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
