Ingredients

Main Dish
- 2 lbs Salmon
- 6 Sweet Peppers
- 4 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey
- 4 tbsp COWBOY butter
- 4 tbsp EVOO
- 3 tbsp Creole seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preparing the Salmon
1. Clean and pat dry your salmon.
2. In a skillet over medium high heat add EVOO.
3. Season your fish with Creole seasoning and a little salt and pepper.
4. Add your seasoned fish skin side down to the skillet.
5. Let your fish sear for 3 minutes and then remove it from the pan.
Preparing the Sauce
1. Add in a little more EVOO and pepper rings.
2. Let those soften a bit then add in cowboy butter and hot honey.
3. Mix and let cook for 1-2 minutes.
Final Cooking and Serving
1. Add your salmon back to the pan flesh side down. And sear for 2-3 minutes.
2. Flip one more time and add in more cowboy butter and baste fish.
3. Once your fish is done, remove and serve hot.
4. Enjoy!
