- 6 Large carrots
- 0.333 c Butter
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Salt, mine is specifically from the brand Josu
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, for garnish

1. Start with preheating your oven to 425F.
2. Peel and cut your carrots to your desired size. I did about 1-2 inch pieces.
3. Add butter to a large pan and melt on medium heat.
Adding Ingredients
1. Add in your honey, mix until melted then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add in your carrots and coat with the butter.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
1. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20-22 min or until fork tender.
2. Save extra sauce in your pan for later!
Final Touches
1. Once done, transfer back to your pan and coat with remainder of sauce.
2. Transfer to a dish and top with garlic chive salt or regular salt if needed and fresh parsley!!
