Recipe Ingredients
- 0.5 Quinoa, cooked
- 0.75 c pecans
- 0.25 coconut flake
- 0.25 c Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 4 dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder

1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
4. Spread granola on the lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake for another 10 minutes.
6. Allow to fully cool before breaking off into clusters.
7. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
