Donut Batter
- 1 c Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 0.5 c vanilla greek yogurt
- 0.5 c Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sprinkles
- 0.25 c white chocolate chips
- powder sugar

Preparing the Dough
1. To make these donuts, start by mixing together 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or 2/3 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
3. Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
4. Then, fold in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips (optional).
Baking the Donuts
1. Pour the batter into a greased donut pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
2. Once they cool off I lightly sprinkle each donut with a little powdered sugar.
3. Makes about 6 donuts.
