- 1 medium Yellow onion, diced
- 0.75 c Carrot, diced
- 1 lb organic ground beef
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 c unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 c gluten free noodles
- 1.5 c dairy free cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Parsley, garnish

Preparation of Vegetables and Meat
1. In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and carrots.
3. Stir until onions are translucent about 6 minutes and push to the side of skillet.
4. Add ground beef and seasonings.
5. Cook beef until browned and mix with onion and carrots.
Adding the Sauce and Final Touches
1. Stir in almond milk, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until mixed well.
2. Pour in dairy free cheese and gluten free noodles.
3. Mix until cheese has melted and turn heat to low and cover.
4. Mix every few minutes and dish is ready when sauce has thickened.
5. Garnish with parsley.
